Training That Is Right For You
SAR Trainers work with your organization to fine-tune training materials, conduct initial training sessions and effectively empower key individuals for ongoing work. SAR's training addresses three stages of development in order to optimize training to empower your staff:
Understanding of project management concepts and principles.
Practice using information to identify issues and develop action steps.
Knowledge and skill using Primavera software for efficient input, manipulation and output.
In-Person Classroom Training
“Going into the course I had a basic understanding of scheduling and experience with MS Projects.
Rod thoroughly explained the tools and capabilities of P6 through the slides, workshops, and examples on top of the workshops. Rod spoke from a lot of experience and provided tips on how to efficiently use P6. The manual is a great resource.”
At SAR, we open at 8:30 with fresh coffee. In-person classes start at 9:00 am and finish around 4:30 PM. We break for lunch and we have coffee breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
Both lunch and coffee / donuts are complimentary.

Virtual Classroom Training
